A A P A T u i t i o n & P o l i c i e s
"Alexander Academy's mission is to make quality dance instruction affordable for the Maui community. We believe dance is for everyone who wants to participate and commit to the art. No one should be discouraged from studying dance solely due to a lack of funds."
Thank you for familiarizing yourself with AAPA policies. Each family is responsible to register/sign up for a class online and sign our liability waiver. When you register you will receive AAPA's Welcome packet with more studio information.

Tuition Assistance & Scholarships
Alexander Academy offers discounted tuition and scholarships to families who demonstrate a financial need. Discounts are granted on a scale from 10%-100%, so we encourage students in need to complete the Discount Tuition and Scholarship application to determine the level of assistance for which they may qualify to support their dance education (including performances). Applications will not be considered without tax documentation.
Work Study Program
The Alexander Academy Work Study program provides registered families with an alternative method of payment for class tuition. Work-study participants play an integral role in the management and facilitation of AAPA studio support activities, working hand-in-hand with AAPA staff to achieve studio goals. Work study applications are available on our Student Only page.
Fundraising and Volunteering
Each registered family taking class at Alexander Academy is expected to participate in the fundraisers and studio volunteering opportunities throughout the year. We are very proud of our engaged dancing 'ohana that works together and actively contributes to the success of our students' dance education!
